Who handles your data?
György Tamás Dániel, sole proprietor (1031 Budapest, Kadosa utca 46., Hungary), contact: info@gyorgytamasdaniel.com.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no cookies and does not track you across other sites.
Visits are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It only records aggregate data (how many visitors came, from where, which page they viewed, how long it took to load), uses no cookies and does not identify you. That’s why there’s no cookie consent banner either.
Serving the site
The site is served by Cloudflare. Data technically needed to deliver the site and protect it from attacks (such as your IP address and browser type) is handled by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy.
Contact form
If you write to me through the form, I receive: your name, your contact details (email address or phone number), your message, and, if you give it, when I can call you back.
- Purpose: to reply, call you back and, if we end up working together, to prepare that work.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- How it reaches me: I receive your message by email. It is delivered to my Gmail account (Google) by Resend. Both are US companies, so your data may be transferred outside the EU.
- How long I keep it: as long as needed to handle your request or our work together. If no work comes of it, for at most one year.
I don’t sell your data or pass it on to anyone else.
If you came from a Google ad
If you reached this site by clicking a Google ad, your browser’s address bar contains a click ID (GCLID). If you then fill in the form, this ID is included in the email I receive. If your enquiry turns into work, I may upload the ID to Google Ads to see which ad works. I don’t share your name or contact details with Google when doing so.
- Legal basis: my legitimate interest in measuring how well my ads work (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this at any time by email.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you what data I hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict how it’s used, or to hand it over to you. You can also object to the processing. An email to info@gyorgytamasdaniel.com is enough; I’ll reply within a month.
If you feel I’ve violated your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH) or with the data protection authority where you live (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
